• Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• Non-returnable Items: Sale items, custom-made products, and accessories are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team at laavyzdesigns@gmail.com with your order details. We will provide instructions for the return process.
• Replacements Only: We do not offer cash refunds. However, we are happy to replace the items if they meet the return criteria.
